Songs

Each country takes a national artist with a song in their native language of the country, marking the first edition.

Artists with dual nationality can be used.

Songs that have competed in the last 2 editions of Eurovision Song Contest are not allowed.

Covers are not allowed.
Running Order
- The running order is determined by a draw.
Qualification to the Final

Other rules

There will be something called, country rating, calculated through values yet to be defined, in which the following places will be distributed:

1º Place - will be in the final on the next edition;

2º Place - will be in the final on the next edition;

3º Place - will have an advance of 15 points at semi final vote;

4º Place - will have an advance of 5 points at semi final vote;
